The AQUOS D65U series HDTV LCD sets a new standard for large-screen flat-panel TVs. With Full HD 1080p resolution and an elegant new design, it produces a breathtaking picture quality that is second to none. The D65U Series utilizes Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View/Black TFT Panel with Spectral Contrast Engine, providing high Dynamic-Contrast Ratio, 4ms response time and 176-degrees wide viewing angles. In addition, the D65U models include 120HZ Fine Motion Enhanced for the ultimate in fast-motion image processing. All models are HDTVs with built-in ATSC, QAM, and NTSC tuners and include 5 HDMI inputs, compatible with 1080p signals, and 2 HD 1080p component video inputs. The D65U Series features a sleek piano black cabinet with subtle recessed bottom-mounted speakers. The included table stand easily removes for wall mounting applications. The D65U uses an 8-Bit ASV LCD Panel from Sharp's state-of-the-art Kameyama factory, with Active Color for a more lifelike picture, Active Contrast for truer blacks, and a fast response time. wow what a t.v.!!!!!!!!!!
I absolutely LOVE this t.v. The picture is crystal clear and I have had no problems with it. If you are hesitant about making the move to HDTV and a high-end LCD - don't be! It is worth it and the price is the best out there right now. I am addicted to this TV!
the one con is that the t.v. takes a brief long second to up load...but that is it!!
this t.v. is super sleek, sexy and will be a eye grabber as soon as you walk into the room!!!!!!!
