Date: 2008-12-11 Great Product Received mine yesterday, was to be delivered by 12/9 but came the next day. Very easy to hook up. Great picture and sound, everything it was advertised. Got a great price with free shipment. The only thing I made a mistake on was thinking that it had white glove delivery, my mistake since amazon only has white glove delivery on the products they sell and not from a 3rd party. Again, my mistake for not reading all of the description. I am very pleaesed with the purchase. Sony Bravia W-Series KDL-52W4100 52-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV Date: 2008-12-08 excellent television, with great delivery This set is fantastic. Excellent picture and sound. I have had very good luck with Sony TVs, having had an old 19" set last for well over 20 years. This set is very easy to set up and use, and has an excellent picture. I shopped for months and decided on Sony over Samsung mainly due to the matte screen vs. Samsung's glossy, reflective screen. Delivery was not "white-glove", but was one delivery person who helped me lift the set onto a stand and removed all packing materials, which was fine for my needs. I highly recommend this set. Amazon's delivered price was excellent as well. Date: 2008-12-06 Best TV I Ever Purchased Arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Delivery Man did not unpack and remove packaging...partially my fault as I didn't know it was included in the delivery. The TV is Great...picture is amazing, features are very user friendly. Price dropped by $85 within a week of purchase...wondering if Amazon has a 30 day price guarantee? Date: 2008-12-02 Don't Buy This TV or Any Sony After two weeks, our TV developed a problem with the picture. It had a sawtooth pattern on the top and white spots throughout. That was SIX WEEKS AGO! I've spent hours on the phone with Sony, their service departments, and Qualxserve, the company Sony outsourced service to. Bottom line, our TV has still not been repaired. Parts have taken weeks to arrive. At first, they thought it was the video processing board. Qualxserve replaced it, but it did not fix the problem. They ordered a new display panel, but that won't arrive for several more weeks. When you call Qualxserve, there is never an available agent. The system dumps you to an answering machine, but no one ever calls back. I escalated to Sony directly, begging them to simply relace the TV, but to no avail. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a product or their service departments. Do not buy this TV or any other Sony product. I'm also not sure it was worth the savings to buy from Amazon. I can't believe that Best Buy would do this to their customers. Date: 2008-11-30 Home Entertainment This tv has great quality, if I'm playin games, watching cable, DVD's or Bluray, it's excellent.
