Also has great sound and sharp picture. Saves alot of space on the kitchen counter. I have always had alot of good luck and quality with Toshiba and am happy to recommend this product. Date: 2008-12-26 Excellent Value Picture is superb. Would have rated this product 5 stars except for audio. The audio is adequate for our small kitchen (10ft. by 10ft.). The cd player built in is a big plus. Saves lots of room. Highly recommend this unit. Date: 2008-12-24 Toshiba 19" TV We purchased the Toshiba 19" digital TV for our kitchen. We wanted a TV that had DVD capability, was white, and would fit neatly on our kitchen counter. The Toshiba met all these criteria. We were disappointed in this sets performance though. The sound has to be cranked way up to hear it at normal levels, especially in DVD mode. The picture is also on the dark side. If you set the brightness to high, the blacks will become gray. The picture on our Sony 46" XBR flat screen is far superior. Date: 2008-12-22 Toshiba LCD (White) Great picture. No problem with sound. It does take extra time when you change a channel to get the picture, but other than that it works fine for a bedroom tv. The white casing goes great with my white bedroom furniture :o) I would recommend this item.
