Best Samsung DLP
I've had my DLP now for a few weeks. I have got to say that it has by far exceeded my expectations. The TV itself is beautiful. The image is amazing. I have HD cable and I don't think that I could ever go back to a non-HD signal. It is amazing! I can't say much about the speakers since I really don't use them (I use a Surround Sound system), in fact I have never even turned the volume up on the TV. I am using a Samsung Upconverter DVD player and the image is beautiful! I'm still waiting for Blu-Ray players to come down on price. If you have been wondering about this TV, just buy it. Best Money I have ever spent. The delivery was awesome too. They delivered my TV like 5 days before my estimated date, which was awesome. No Taxes plus free delivery, what more could you ask for!

Great TV, but shipping issue
I ordered this TV about a month ago. After researching many different types of TVs and models and brands I decided to go for this DLP. I made the purchase and a TV was delivered to me 5 days before the estimated arrival. I was very excited to see how big it was when they unloaded it. After the delivery man left I double checked the receipt to make sure it was the right TV and the receit said it was. But, my keen observation skills lead me to the conclusion that this was not the right TV. Amazon had sent me a 50" Plasma, which is exactly what I did not want. Called customer service, they said they dont offer expediated shipping on TVs and to make a long story short it took them 2 more weeks to deliver the correct TV. How do you mess up on a $1,300 order? Ask Amazon. Anyway, I was angry that I had a plasma because I didn't want to take any chance of burn in. The good part about it was I got to compare the two TVs. Both were 1080p and both Samsung. The plasma had a better viewing angel and better contrast ratio, but the DLP just looks prettier. I wasn't able to view 1080p with the ps3 or the xbox 360 without an hdmi cable, but the dlp lets me view 1080p with regular high definition cables. If I had to say one bad thing about the TV it would be the viewing angle, its not terribly noticable if you have the brightness and contrast up enough, but if you have a seat right in the center its marvelous. You can still have people see it from wherever, it will just be a little darker from more extreme angles. Anyway, TV is great, better than plasma, and make sure you get the right TV when you order it.

As Awesome as expected
Last purchase I got the 56" and it ended up dying on me after 10 minutes. This one worked wonders and the Picture is as amazing as everyone says it is. I primarily use my 360 to play games and get no button lag or any other problems. Since this TV has no bulb there is no maintenance when makes a person just a little bit happier. I couldn't find a better deal online or off so I recommend you investigate this tv for your needs. Make sure you look at sizing requirements. I had the 56 and it was too big. and this 50 is just pushing the limits of what I have room for. Don't buy unless you know what the best size for you is. As for this TV I don't think you can go wrong.
