User Submitted Toshiba 22CV100U 22-Inch 720p LCD/DVD Combo TV (Black Gloss) Reviews Date: 2010-08-24 Toshiba 22 inch Combo TV I have an older Toshiba combo 19 inch TV which performed well except for the sound. The volume was very poor. This new unit performs very well and the sound is very good. I am very pleased with this unit. Date: 2010-08-20 Major feature failure I bought this Toshiba TV based on my generally positive experiences with previous LCD and CRT Toshibas. The picture is fine, the sound level is fine and I really wanted the combined DVD player. However, the remote has no favorites browser and no history browser unlike all of the previous Toshiba remotes I have used. The description on Amazon is incorrect; it mentions a "channel browser" feature that does not exist (and the description is similarly wrong for the other sizes of the CV100U series). In a world of hundreds of channels I consider this a major failure compounded by a misleading description. Date: 2010-08-20 No more wires tangled all over This tv is great for my bedroom, good picture and sound quality. No more tangled wires, only cord to dust. Date: 2010-07-07 Great TV for the money We have an older version of this TV in our kitchen which we were very happy with, and I wanted to replace an old television in my bedroom, so I looked first at Toshibas. The video quality is very good, and the sound issues that some people had with older models seem to have been resolved. The DVD player works great so far. My only (minor) complaints are that the screen can get a good amount of glare depending on how it is angled, and it also seems to attract a lot of dust, I feel like I am constantly cleaning it! I feel like this is a very good value for the money. I looked at similar TV/DVD combos and none had the picture quality or styling that this Toshiba has. Date: 2010-07-02 Toshiba t.v./dvd combo The Toshiba 22CV100U 22-inch t.v. was purchased to update an older t.v. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old t.v., I just had had it for years and decided I wanted a dvd player in my bedroom. The difference in reception was amazing!
