Date: 2008-10-16 Samsung ... Ok. Not a bad product, but the clarity could be better. The picture looks quite grainy when viewing videos from the internet via an S-video cable. Yet to try HDMI. Haven't tried regular TV cable. Nice finish though. Great delivery by Amazon. Arrived prior to estimated delivery date. Date: 2008-10-01 Shiva's Review All the HDMI ports on the TV are not working. When I reported the problem, I was told that the TV needs to be shipped to their location at my expense and that it would take upto 3 weeks for the TV to be fixed and returned to me. I was not given the option to return the product and get a replacement. Date: 2008-09-30 Amazing picture Could not ask for more in a TV. All the connections you could ever want. QAM tuner picks up local channels in HD through cable. Picture is amazing. Highly recommend if looking for a TV this size for a bedroom or other small area. Ours is out on the terrace mounted using the Peerless PA740 Articulating Wall Mount. Great combination at a great price. Date: 2008-09-24 Samsung 26" LCD TV This is my second LCD Samsung. I have a 46" one in my bedroom. This new 26" is perfect. Great picture. I had it out of the box and set up with my Direct TV in 15 minutes or less. I used the HDMI cable which I highly recommend to anyone. It does not come with one so be sure and order one if your feed to the TV has an HDMI output. There are so many good things about this TV I really have nothing to complain about. You will need to attach the base if you are going to use it with a base. You do this with 4 included screws and as the TV only weighs about 18 lbs is very simple. I found laying the TV down on its front on the sofa was the best way to do this. I kept the cover the TV was packed in still on the TV while I attached the base to prevent any scratches. When it arrives at your home or where ever someone will have to sign for it. It replaced a 5 year old JVC 26" TV I am giving to my daughter. This set is smaller (not the picture) but the entire set than my old one. I will mention it takes about 3-5 seconds for the TV to come on when you press the on button. This is sort of common with LCD TV's. An excellent price from Amazon and prompt shipping as usual. The only TV that compared to it was the Sony 26" but I think the Samsung has the best picture. I also purchased the warranty for about $119 or so. You may or may not want this but it is sold on Amazon and issued by Samsung. The TV does not have the 1020 resolution but I have 1020 on my 42" set and the 720P is actually recommended for sports or moving events. I think nearly all the 26" LCD's are 720P. Date: 2008-09-22 Samsung 26" LCD TV The Samsung LN26A450 is a fine TV at a good price. This set is attractive and displays a crisp, beautiful picture. The size suits our situation perfectly. We view the set in our good-sized living room at eye level from about 10-12 feet and have no problem with the sound. Recommended highly.Samsung LN26A450 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV
