User Submitted RiteAV - 3.5mm to Stereo RCA Male Cable - 6 ft. Reviews Date: 2010-07-25 Sweet way to hook-up mp3 player Pretty simple method for adapting a mp3 player to a receiver. No need for a fancy "docking" station. Date: 2010-07-23 Looks Good I have not fully tested the item. So far, it's what I expected. The price was great and the delivery was super fast. Date: 2010-07-22 Wired in reverse, no connection on one plug. My brother and I each ordered 3 of these - a lack of communication being responsible for that. We used different sellers, but got the "same" product. When they arrived they were more or less the same thing, but 3 came in a large bag, coiled in a big 'O', and 3 came in a smaller bag, folded back and forth like most thin cords are, and tied in the middle with a twistie. Anyway, it turned out to be a good thing that we ordered extra. We needed 3 cords to hook up multi channel audio inputs (from PC sound card) on a new Audio/Video receiver. It quickly became apparent that the red and white plugs were reversed and one cable had a bad channel - no signal through one plug. So far we have only put 5 to the test, and all 5 have been reversed with one cable having a bad channel. AFAIK, the 6th cable is still in the bag it came in. tssk. tssk. tssskkk. Date: 2010-07-19 Substitute for a docking station I purchased a 6 ft and a 10 ft cable. I use them to play my MP3 (Zune) player through my stereo systems. These could also be used on a TV with audio inputs. Using these through my stereo's allows me to control things (via remote control) like volume, mute etc., but will not allow me to skip over a selection I don't feel like listening to at the moment. By selecting random play on my MP3, I can produce an ecclectic session of music. I may be missing out on some functions available on a docking station, but I still have about $100 in my wallet. I guess you get what you pay for. I am getting all I need by using these cables with my stereos. The cables themselves, are performing well. No hissing or popping sounds. Date: 2010-07-16 small in diameter but big in sound got the job done...sounds great. really easy to plug in and in great condition. * Price is subject to change. |
