Date: 2007-10-09 So far so Good! Great experience and price buying this tv through Amazon. Picture is great, came just as promised brand spanking new. Would buy again. Date: 2007-10-06 It is not working on 2nd day!!! We got the TV on Oct 04, 07 and it stopped working the next day we tried it on. The lamp went completely dead. We are returning this Toshiba TV right now. No hesitations. You just can not tolerant the fact that after spending $1200 on a TV, it is broken directly out of the box!!! Don't buy this, unless you want to find trouble. Date: 2007-08-31 Great Picture, Great Price!!! I stepped up from the Toshiba 52" version to this one and really like the picture quality! 2 dissapointment were that the TV doesnt have a clock (to show what time it is) like the previous Toshiba model and the remote doesnt have illumination like prior remotes. Overall the TV is great! It is easy to lift and move around and the selection of inputs, 3 HDMI allow me to grow into it. Looks great with my HD DVD player at 1080p! Amazon got it there on time and in one piece! Date: 2007-08-08 experience with customer service too Bulb went after 8 days. Called Toshiba Customer Service, they sent a new one immediately, returned the defective one in a prepaid box. Replacement was really easy, start to finish maybe 30 seconds. Despite the problem, this set is a great value. Awesome picture, all the features you could want. I would buy the same thing again and would recommend to a friend. Date: 2007-08-05 The Good and the Bad The Pro's Great picture, HD and NOT HD channels, multi 1080p native inputs (3, which no other tv under 4 grand has) Easy to use and move. The Con's I too, had the lamp go out after about 2 weeks. Toshiba had me look up the serial #, but they sent me another lamp 3 days later. Hope the problem doesnt persist!
