User Submitted Pioneer PDP-425CMX 42" HD Plasma Display Reviews Date: 2007-03-21 If you are serious about picture quality Pros: Picture quality. That's all that matters. Cons: No tuner, no speaker. Just a little hassle. I am so glad I got this monitor. The color is so natural and vivid. The picture is clear and yet soft, not like setting the contrast too high. Picture quality is equivalent to what you see on high end Pioneer Elite plasma tvs. The only inconvenience is you can't watch TV or DVD right out of the box since it doesn't have tuner. All you need is a PDA-5004 video adapter card which you can find on Amazon. Then you will get a plasma TV better than most of the other plasma tvs on the market for less than $2000. * Price is subject to change.
