User Submitted Cables Unlimited PCM-2296-06 HDMI to DVI D Cable, 6 feet Reviews Date: 2010-07-01 Simply Awful... I bought this cable to replace a shorter 3ft cable that connected my laptop to a larger monitor. When I connected the cable, it worked for a couple of minutes, then started to flicker. After a few more minutes, the signal to the monitor stopped completely. I would give this cable a pass and get a better quality cable. Date: 2010-05-10 Perfect for iMac--HDTV connection I hook up my iMac (and MacBook sometimes) to my Vizio HDTV with this cable (with the addition of another, Apple-made cable). It works perfectly: I get freaking 1080p quality picture on my TV!! Among a million other things, watching Hulu and DVDs is extremely pleasurable. This product is a fabulous, cheap buy and highly recommended. OH, and if you ARE trying to hook your Mac up to your TV, make sure you buy the appropriate Apple cable as well! (And an audio cable too, I bought this one: Belkin Audio Y Cable Splitter 1-Mini Plug/2-RCA Plugs (6ft) ) Date: 2010-05-10 Cables Unlimited PCM-2296-06 HDMI to DVI D Single Link Cable (6.56 Feet, Black) Works great as advertised. Used to connect my Macbook Pro to an LCD TV for video streaming. You 'll need a separate 3.5mm audio cable to transmit the sound. Date: 2010-03-23 Does what it says on the tin Easy to use, lets me output my computer screen to my bigscreen TV (at some ridiculously high resolution even). Doesn't carry an audio signal obviously, but I pipe it through my surround sound. Works perfectly as advertised. * Price is subject to change. |
