Date: 2010-06-29 Cheap, but it works... As long as you're fine with having your audio come out of your PC set-up or you buy more crap. All in all, if you (like me) have a better audio set-up for your computer anyway and want to hook it up to your TV for the bigger screen and the ability to use the sofa, these are for you. And for ninety-nine cents? It's hardly a dent in your pocket should you decide not. Date: 2010-04-23 Inexpensive, Not the Best Picture, but it Works I used this cable to connect my computer to my tv. I see scrolling lines across the picture sometimes. I can't guarantee this is due to the cable, but I've never had problems in the past with this tv's svideo input or my video card. It doesn't bother me too much, but if you're really picky about video quality I'd spring for a better cable. Then again, if you care about it that much, you probably shouldn't be using standard definition technology anyway... Date: 2010-04-08 its an svideo cable. i think its time we all move into the modern world Using this to run the TV out of an older nvidia card to a 32" sony CRT TV. it works. it looks like Svideo. what more to say? seems to be a good quality cable, solid connectors, supple rubber jacket, not too stiff, not too soft. i hope this is the last svideo cable i ever have to buy. no offense. Date: 2010-04-03 Good for the price Bought this as an easy way to display video from my old laptop on my TV. Picture quality is average. It's cheap and it works. One small downside - the cable has a very strong plastic-y smell that's still noticeable after 2 months. * Price is subject to change. |
