A great solution for DTS and Dolby Digital surround sound, Blue Series Digital Optical Audio Cable uses superior-grade optical fiber to deliver better clarity and a more natural sound from your digital audio video components. Digital Optical Audio cable uses polished optical terminations and optical fiber to transfer digital signals through pulsating light. Fiber is immune to all forms of EM/RF interference, providing superior sonic accuracy and a more detailed, natural sound. Ordinary optical cables can compromise your audio performance by using lower-grade, optical-fiber materials, and hot-plate termination of the fiber, rather than polishing. This can result in signal loss that causes poor clarity, loss of definition, and sound that is not truly accurate. PureAV Blue Series Digital Optical Audio Cable uses the highest-quality materials to enhance your digital surround sound experience. Main Features User Submitted Belkin AV20000-06 PureAV Digital Optical Cable (6 feet) Reviews Date: 2010-08-19 Looks good but did not need it Sorry I ordered it in anticipation of needing it for my new Blu-ray/HD TV. But it was not required and I lost the return label information. I will hold onto it andhope I can bless someone else. Date: 2010-05-26 Excellent Cable! Digital Optical cables provide high quality sound and this cable is no exception, works right out of the box with no problems! Date: 2010-04-08 Good Cables Ordered two Belkin PureAV Digital Optical Cables. Shipping was fast and correct cables were delivered. Suspect fast shipping time was vendor is in the same area where I live. Only thing was cables were not in original Belkin packaging but in a plain plastic bag with a barcode sticker tag. Shouldn't be a problem as cables appeared to be new. Date: 2010-03-11 Worked as described My new Panasonic lcd tv has only one component audio output...digital optical, so you need one of these! Date: 2010-02-10 No Click...Plugs loosely When plugging into my samsung hdtv plasma it didnt 'click' into place and felt loose. I also plugged it into my polk receiver with the same results. Although it seemed to be a solidly built cable all around, It just didnt feel right when plugged in. Im glad I also bought the amazon basics version of this optical cable because that one clicked into place when plugged into both sources. I think i'll stick with amazon basics. * Price is subject to change. |
