Improved PowerFocus HD CRT utilizes fine phosphors for high resolution, brightness, and color purity. Toshiba's TheaterView TVs are designed to offer the ultimate in image quality from all video sources. Unique image-enhancing technology called Cinema Mode (3:2 pull-down detection and compensation) delivers the most realistic and detailed reconstruction of film-based (24fps) video content such as DVD movies. Great Value
Upgraded from a 27" Wega to this beauty. This set is on clearance everywhere, which makes it great value.1. Cable image quality depends on ur signal. Your results may vary.
2. DVD / Component input image quality is simply superb. Fantastic pictures.
3. Lots of manual tweaking options.
4. Sound quality is good.
5. Relatively small cabinet.
6. Widescreen not worth the premium it commands. Hope this help.

LOVE IT
This is a great TV, it is not a big bulky monster, it has a slim cabinet, and a great picture. I am very happy with it.

superb tv
After doing quite a bit of research, I went for Toshiba on the basis of picture quality, reputation and the number of connections. After comparing this to other HDTVs, there is no comparison in picture quality. We are very pleased with it - superb picture, great sound and it really brings DVD movies to life.
